Traditional Blossom Cookies Recipe
These blossom cookies are so delicious and so easy to make. With just a few ingredients and 30 minutes, you can whip up delicious cookies better than any coffee shop can offer!
My version is lower in sugar so you can enjoy this delicious treat without the guilt.
I use organic for the majority of the ingredients, so do what works best for you and your family.

Blossom Cookies
Traditional Blossom Cookies that are made with peanut butter, low in sugar, and will have you coming back for more.

- . Preheat oven to 350
- In a large bowl, beat the butter and brown sugar until it resembles a creamy texture. (About 2 minutes).
- Next add the egg, peanut butter, vanilla bean paste, salt, baking soda, and flour. Mix with an electric mixer until well incorporated.
- Add the flour (a few tablespoons at a time) and gently stir with a spatula, then mix with the mixer until no flour is visible. *Don't overmix
- Using a cookie scoop, shape the dough into about 2 inch balls.
- Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper about 2 inches apart. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are light golden brown.
- Meanwhile, remove the wrappers of the hershey's kisses chocolate and set them aside. As soon as you remove the cookies from the oven, gently press 1 piece of chocolate on each cookie and allow it to cool for 5-10 minutes.
Notes
Once cookies are completely cooled, store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
