Some of the recipes will overlap with breakfast, lunch, or lunch and dinner. I also have an instagram page @cookingwithrips where I post some of the meals I make throughout the day.

My hope is to empower you to cook homemade healthy recipes and desserts that are of high quality ingredients and lower sugar desserts that still taste incredible!

I am so thrilled to share my passion with you! I am just a girl who loves to bake and cook. It’s one of my favorite things to do and is rewarding in so many ways! It teaches me to be present, and is one of the ways I like to relax.
I mindfully and carefully have developed delicious healthy recipes with simple and easy to follow instructions along with short video clips that I also post on my instagram account @cookingwithrips. My goal is to empower you to cook and bake using healthy recipes that are welcoming and taste delicious!
I grew up watching both my parents cook the most delicious food you could possibly imagine! Cooking healthy food for each other was something we did for the ones we cared about. Shortly after, I picked up on that habit. I come from a Mediterranean background and I bring that to a lot of my recipes with lots of modern modifications. I have been baking and cooking for over 15 years and truly find the most joy in it!
It is important for me to create easy recipes for you and gift you with the simplest instructions so you can recreate it too.
I self published my first recipe book called “Ripsy’s Recipes” which you can find on on Amazon. I poured my heart into making this book for you so that you can also share in the joy with me. If you are vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, not gluten free, you will find options for almost all of my recipes in my book.
The best part of making food is I get to eat it and feed my loved ones. I am very mindful of the ingredients I use in my recipes; at the same time; I still like to indulge in dessert!
My dessert recipes are lower in sugar than in any recipe or store bought dessert you will ever find (and they taste amazing). As a result, my family and I get to enjoy it without the guilt. My greatest joy comes from sharing what I make with the people I care about most, and now, you will have access to that too.
I have also done ALOT of vigorous research on high quality food and ingredients that are responsibly sourced. This is extremely important to me as I am aware at how much our food has changed in terms of depleted nutrients, aggressive pesticides, and mass farming practices. We must continue to educate ourselves so we can provide the healthiest available food options for ourselves and our loved ones.
I hope my page brings you inspiration, ease, and comfort with step-by-step instructions and videos that give you the confidence to awaken your creative spirit. Know that you can do anything if you set your heart and mind to it! I share with you all the foods that bring me joy and I genuinely hope that my healthy recipes do the same for you!
