Tuna Sandwich Ready in 5 Minutes

If you like tuna, and are hungry, you are going to lovee this east tuna sandwich recipe! If you need a quick bite to eat, and want to be satiated, make this mouthwatering tuna sandwich. I like to make this when I am really hungry, and don’t want to cook anything on the stove top, and want to use the least amount of dishes. You can use any type of bread you like, whole wheat, gluten free, whole grain. It goes well with any bread! It also makes a great on the go lunch!

You can even make the the tuna ahead of time. Simply make the tuna without the bread, put it in a glass container such as these overnight, and take it with you on the go with the bread slices packed separately. When you are ready to eat, spread it on your favorite bread and enjoy! Feel free to double,or triple the recipe to make it for your loved ones as well. Happy cooking!

Prep Time: 5 MinutesTotal Time: 5 Minutes
Serves: 1

Ingredients
1 can tuna (My favorite is this one)
2 slices of any type of bread (I love this bread)
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp mayonnaise (try my homemade mayo recipe)
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Drain out the liquid from the can of tuna and empty it into a medium size bowl (like this one).
2. Add the remainder ingredients to the tuna and stir.
3. Toast the bread and spread tuna on 2 separate slices and enjoy!
